Jack Welch

Today After lunch, It is bit sleepy after a hefty meal at office and was reading through some of the subscription I have from Knowledge@Wharton in which I saw the chat with Jack by wharton people on his experience of 20 years at GE and more ...

Some of the lines in the Chat really moved me...

"I would call lack of candor the biggest dirty little secret in business," Welch writes. It "basically blocks smart ideas, fast action, and good people contributing all the stuff they've got. It's a killer."

"Your career isn't always linear," he said. "But what matters is how well you get back on the horse."
